Terms of Service
Last updated: October 16, 2026
These terms apply when you use edutechtoday.com, our free tools, the AI Visibility Toolkit and the AI Visibility Audit. By using the site or buying from us, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site or buy our products.
1. Free tools
The free AI visibility tools are provided as they are, at no cost. They give general guidance based on the answers and details you enter. They don't connect to Google, ChatGPT or any other service, and their results are not a measurement of how any AI assistant actually ranks or describes your business.
2. The AI Visibility Toolkit
- What you get: access to a password-protected page with the tools described on the toolkit page, including future updates we choose to make.
- Lifetime access means for as long as we offer the toolkit. If we ever stop offering it, we'll give customers at least 30 days' notice by email.
- Your license: you may use the toolkit for your own business or businesses, and for client businesses if you're a consultant or agency. You may not share the access password, copy the toolkit, or resell or republish it in any form.
- Password changes: we may change the access password from time to time to protect the toolkit. When we do, we'll email the new password to every customer.
3. The AI Visibility Audit
- The audit is a manual review delivered as a recorded video and a written plan. The delivery time shown on our site starts once we've received the business details we ask for after purchase.
- The audit is based on what AI assistants and search engines show at the time we check. Their answers change often, so results may look different later.
- The audit includes access to the toolkit.
4. Payments
All prices are in US dollars and are paid once, through Gumroad. Gumroad may add sales tax or VAT depending on where you live. We don't store your payment details.
5. No refunds
Because you get full, instant access to digital products, all sales are final. Please use our free tools first to decide whether the toolkit is right for you. The limited exceptions are explained in our Refund Policy.
6. No guaranteed results
We don't own or control ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, Google or any other AI assistant or search engine, and nobody can promise how they'll rank, describe or recommend a business. Our products help you improve the information these tools rely on. We don't guarantee any specific ranking, mention, traffic, leads or revenue.
7. Not professional advice
Our products give marketing guidance only. They are not legal, tax, medical or financial advice. You're responsible for checking that what you publish about your business is accurate and follows the rules that apply to your industry.
8. Your responsibilities
You're responsible for the changes you make to your website, listings and profiles, and for following the rules of the platforms you use, including Google's review policies. Make a backup before editing your website or robots.txt file.
9. Intellectual property
The site, tools, text and design belong to EduTechToday. The content you create using our tools, such as your schema code, page drafts and review cards, belongs to you. The QR code feature uses the open-source qrcode-generator library under the MIT License.
10. Third-party names and links
We mention and link to services such as Google, ChatGPT, Yelp and others to help you use them. Those names are trademarks of their owners. We're not affiliated with or endorsed by them and aren't responsible for their websites or policies.
11. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, EduTechToday is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, including lost profits or lost business, arising from your use of the site or our products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the product the claim relates to.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. The terms in place when you bought a product apply to that purchase.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be handled by the courts of Pune, Maharashtra, unless the law where you live gives you the right to bring a claim locally.
