Refund Policy

All sales of the AI Visibility Toolkit and the AI Visibility Audit are final. Here's why, and the few situations where we will refund you.

Why we don't offer refunds

The toolkit is a digital product, and you get full access to everything the moment you pay. Because it can't be returned, we don't offer refunds for change of mind or if you decide you no longer need it.

To make sure you know what you're buying, our free AI visibility tools work the same way as the paid toolkit. Please try them first, and read the full list of what's included on the toolkit page.

When we will refund you

• Duplicate payment: if you were charged twice for the same product by mistake, we'll refund the extra payment.
• No access: if you can't get into the toolkit and we can't fix the problem within 7 days of you telling us, we'll refund you in full.
• Audit not delivered: if we can't deliver an audit you've paid for, you'll get a full refund.

If something isn't working

If a tool doesn't work as described, email info@edutechtoday.com with what you tried and which browser you used. We'll fix it, usually within two business days.

Chargebacks

Please contact us before disputing a payment with your bank. Most problems can be sorted out quickly by email. If a chargeback is filed, access to the toolkit may be paused while it's reviewed.
