“Untitled Goose Game” hasn’t melted merely the hearts of naughty gamers — apparently, it is also a commercial success. Panic’s Cabel Sasser has revealed that House House’s chaos-creating title has racked up 1 million gross sales since its debut on September 20th. He didn’t break down total sales by platform, though we wouldn’t be surprised if the PC version were the frontrunner. The PS4 and Xbox One releases little question helped, thoughts you. And remember, the PC edition is currently an Epic Games Retailer exclusive — we might expect one other boost as soon as it reaches Steam in late 2020.
“Untitled Goose Game” was one in all our favorite games of the year, and for a good cause. It isn’t merely that the game relentlessly charming and insidiously evil (ask the poor kid you traumatize for all times in a single section) — it is that it works appropriately as each a puzzle-solver and a stealth action game, albeit a brief one. When people are inspired enough to dress up as a goose to play the game, you recognize it is a memorable experience.
