To completely revamp its product icons, again in December, Microsoft announced it’d start redesigning over 100 Windows product icons. The company has since then been working in the direction of revamping the Windows icons. And now, it seems that the company’s quite close to releasing them to the general public.
Based on a Reddit user, u/MSFTBear, Microsoft has begun to push the redesigned product icons on Windows 10 taskbar. These redesigned icons are based on Microsoft’s Fluent Design System, and at current, they now seem solely on the taskbar.
Sadly, these icons can be found just for Home windows Insiders, which might be operating the latest Insider Build. What is even worse is that Microsoft didn’t push all the fashionable icons at one go. As an example, the Windows Begin emblem stays unchanged. However, in all chances, all the modern icons can be obtainable for Windows Insiders inside every week or two.
Microsoft is prone to obtain suggestions about these new modern icons from Insiders and may also make several minor changes right here and there based mostly on the recommendations. And lastly, the corporation will push these icons to general users.
